Shipping & returns

Delivery

We deliver from Ogbomoso to every state in Nigeria. Your delivery fee and estimated delivery time depend on your location and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. Pickup in Ogbomoso is also available.

International orders

We can quote international delivery on request. Choose “International” at checkout and we'll send options and costs on WhatsApp.

Dispatch

We dispatch after payment is confirmed. You'll receive tracking or rider details on WhatsApp where available.

Returns and exchanges

If your piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, body jewellery and waist beads can only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Personalised pieces can't be returned unless faulty.
