This policy explains what information Chenris Jewels collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you give us to place an order: your name, phone number, email and delivery address.
• Messages you send through our contact form or WhatsApp.
• Your email address if you join the Chenris Society.

What stays on your device

Your bag, wishlist, recently viewed pieces and comparison list are saved only in your own browser. We can't see them unless you send us your order.

How we use it

We use your details only to process and deliver your order, reply to your messages, and, if you joined, send occasional Chenris Society emails. We never sell your information.

Your choices
